Mock Interview
Draw a problem, start the clock, and design out loud — ideally on paper or a whiteboard, not in your head. The timer tells you what you should be doing; the rubric afterwards tells you what you skipped. Scoring yourself honestly is where the improvement comes from.

Score yourself
0 = didn't do it · 1 = touched on it · 2 = solid · 3 = what a strong senior candidate does. Be strict; the point is to find gaps.
Session history
Speak out loud — silent thinking is the most common thing that separates people who know the material from people who pass interviews. Draw the diagram. When the timer moves to a new phase, move on even if you're not finished; running out of time in the deep-dive phase is the classic failure. Afterwards, look up the one thing you were least sure about and read that chapter section again.
